My goal is to provide you with an introduction to several sharing starters, the famous Spanish tapas, full of authentic flavours.

During the show ooking, the star will be paella, an iconic Spanish rice dish. From the classic Valencian paella to seafood, fish and meat options, the choice is yours. You will witness the magic of preparing this dish in front of you, highlighting the genuine flavours of Spain.

And to end this extraordinary experience, I will stop in the Basque Country region with our irresistible “tarte de queso”.

Graduated in Cuisine, Pastry and Hotel Management, with international experience. I started my career at the renowned Yeatman restaurant under the guidance of chef Ricardo Costa, reaching the position of Junior Sous Chef. I had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned Chefs, such as Albert Adrian and Paco Mendez. I worked as Sous Chef in Lecce and was Chef Lúcia Freitas' right-hand man in Santiago de Compostela.
I participated in gastronomic events in several international cities, such as Madrid, Milan and Bogotá.
