For 4 unforgettable hours, I will guide you on a culinary journey, where you will literally get your hands dirty. Learn how to create the best pasta from the initial preparation to the different textures and delicious sauces. Discover the secrets of the different types of flour, pasta and cuts, and learn the best cooking methods for each one.

Together, we will prepare a complete menu, consisting of three types of fresh pasta:

  • A short pasta made from wheat semolina
  • A long egg-based dough
  • An irresistible stuffed pastry for dessert

To complement this, you will prepare three perfect sauces for each type of pasta.
