5 Recipes for Two Under 30 mins!

Cooking a delicious dinner in less than 30 minutes can be exciting, but it has to be done with some planning. One tip is to combine pre-prepared ingredients with leftovers from other meals. With a few recipes and simple tips, it will be easy to make a healthy, tasty and filling meal for two.

First, start by selecting a few recipes that you know are quick and easy to execute, such as stews, pasta dishes, or one-pot meals. Second, make sure you have the necessary ingredients on hand before starting to cook the recipes to avoid last-minute trips to the supermarket. Take advantage of pre-cut vegetables and proteins like salmon fillets, tuna, or shrimp, which will save you time during preparation. Hake Fillets with Vegetables

Ingredients Quant.
Hake Fillets 400g
Garlic 1 pc.
Lemon 1 pc.
Salt 2 sp. of coffee
Curry 1 c. de café
Ground Black Pepper As needed
Potatoes +/- 5 pcs.
Onion 1 pc.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 sp. of soup
Broccoli 400g

Preparation

 

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Step 2
Season the fish with lemon juice, a few cloves of garlic, a teaspoon of salt and the curry powder. Reservation.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes and onion, cut into thin slices and place at the bottom of an oven dish.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil, season with a teaspoon of salt and pepper. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and place the fillets on top. Cook again for another 15 minutes.
Step 6
While the fillets are in the oven, cook the broccoli in the microwave for 10 minutes with a little water and add salt.
Step 7
Serve the fish fillets and potatoes with broccoli.

Shrimp Salad with Quinoa and Orange and Apple

Preparation

Step 1
Cut the peeled onion into thin slices.
Step 2
Cut the apples into thin segments.
Step 3
Cut the oranges into segments, removing the seeds.
Step 4
Mix everything in a salad bowl with the arugula and quinoa.
On top, place the peeled prawns and sliced ​​olives and at the end drizzle with lemon juice.

Washed Arugula 1 pack

Reserve the shells and heads of the shrimp used in this recipe to prepare a delicious shrimp broth or freeze them for later use.

Vegetable Cream with Courgette

Ingredients Quant.
Chopped onion 150g
Leek 60g
Fresh Parsley 50g
Carrot 300g
Pumpkin 300g
Courgette 750g
Olive oil 1 sp. of soup
Sweet chili 1 sp. of soup
Salt 1/2 sp. of soup
Croutons 80g
Water 750mL

Preparation

Step 1
Peel and chop the onion, leek and parsley stems and place them in a pan with the olive oil. Cover and let it braise.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel the carrots and pumpkin. Cut the carrots, pumpkin and courgettes into pieces and add them to the vegetables in the pan. Season with salt, sweet pepper and add boiling water. Cook covered over moderate heat for around 25 minutes.
Step 3
Add the remaining parsley and blend the soup with a hand blender until the vegetables are completely broken down. If necessary, add a little more boiling water until the soup is the consistency you want. Serve with croutons.

Crumbly Bread with Black-Eyed Peas

Preparation

Step 1
Break the bread into very small pieces.
Step 2
Next, chop two cloves of garlic, take a large frying pan and over medium heat, add the olive oil until the chopped garlic slightly browns.
Step 3
Add the black-eyed peas and let it heat for about 2 minutes.
Then, add the green broth twice, and let it cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Now, add the pieces of cornbread, season with salt and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mix well so that all the ingredients are well mixed.

Turn off the heat and the crumbs are ready to serve.

Leek 100g
Ripe Tomato 200g
Tomato Sauce 120g
Fresh Cheese 100g
Tuna 2 pcs.
Wheat Tortilla 4 unid.
Lettuce 120g
Olive oil 2 sp. of soup
Arugula 120g

Preparation

Step 1
Take a frying pan and brown the chopped onion and leek slices with the olive oil.
Step 2
Drain the tuna well and add the tomato sauce and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Remove from the heat, add the fresh cheese and mix very well.
Step 4
Wash the tomato, cut it into small cubes and remove the seeds.
Step 5
Distribute the lettuce, arugula and tomato cubes among the 4 tortilla units and, on top, place the tuna preparation, rolling them tightly at the end.
Step 6
Cut the wraps in half and wrap them well.
